1. Our services

Feng Shui Destiny provides educational content, courses, previews, events, and consultations relating to Feng Shui, Qi Men Dun Jia, and related Chinese metaphysical subjects. The description, schedule, delivery method, price, and any specific conditions for a service will be shown on the relevant registration or purchase page. Those specific conditions form part of these Terms.

2. Educational nature of our content

Our courses, events, consultations, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary. We do not guarantee any particular personal, relationship, career, financial, business, or other result from using our content or services.

3. Registration information

You must provide information that is accurate, current, and complete when registering. You are responsible for keeping your email address and telephone or WhatsApp number accurate so that we can deliver confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and access information. A registration is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

4. Free-preview registrations

Places for free previews and webinars are limited and are allocated according to availability. Register only for a session you reasonably intend to attend. If you can no longer attend, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation message so that the seat may be made available to another participant.

Rescheduling is subject to availability in the alternative session. Registering for more than one seat for the same person or submitting misleading information may result in duplicate bookings being removed.

5. Schedule and access

Event dates and times are displayed in the timezone stated on the booking page or confirmation message. You are responsible for checking the applicable timezone and joining at the correct time. Access instructions may be sent by email or WhatsApp.

We may make reasonable changes to the presenter, schedule, format, or platform where necessary. If an event must be postponed or cancelled, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered participants using the contact details supplied.

6. Online platforms and technical requirements

Online sessions may be delivered using third-party services such as Zoom, WhatsApp, or other technology platforms. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and compatible software. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your equipment, internet provider, or third-party platform, although we will provide reasonable assistance where practical.

7. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully and must not:

• harass, threaten, or disrupt other participants or presenters;
• share unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or sessions;
• share private webinar access links publicly;
• impersonate another person; or
• use a session for unauthorised solicitation or promotion.

We may mute, remove, or restrict a participant who materially disrupts a session or breaches these Terms.

8. Recordings and intellectual property

Unless we expressly state otherwise, all course materials, presentations, recordings, graphics, written content, methods, and other materials provided by Feng Shui Destiny remain the property of Aspirasi Ai Sdn Bhd or the relevant rights owner. Registration gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the relevant session and materials.

Without our prior written permission, you must not record a session; copy or redistribute course materials; share access links or login details; upload our materials to social media or another platform; or resell, teach, or commercially exploit substantial portions of our content. If we intend to record a session, we will provide appropriate notice. Participants should avoid disclosing private or sensitive information during a recorded session.

9. Paid services and payment

Prices, currency, taxes, payment methods, and payment schedules will be displayed before you purchase a paid service. Malaysian ringgit (MYR) is our primary currency. For online courses, we accept payment through Stripe or bank transfer. Customers outside Malaysia may pay in United States dollars (USD) through Stripe where that option is presented at checkout. For consultations conducted at our physical store, we accept Visa and Mastercard card payments.

Any service-specific cancellation, transfer, or refund policy displayed on the checkout or registration page will apply to that purchase. If there is a conflict between that policy and these general Terms, the service-specific policy will apply to the extent of the conflict.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer law.

10. Communications

We may send communications necessary to administer something you requested, including registration confirmations, reminders, access details, rescheduling information, and service updates. Marketing messages are handled separately. Where consent is required, we will request it separately, and you may withdraw that consent using the opt-out method provided.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Notice. By providing information through our website or registration forms, you acknowledge that you have read that notice.

12. Third-party links

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.

13. Website availability

We aim to keep our website and services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary, subject to any existing contractual or consumer obligations.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspirasi Ai Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, educational content, or services. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that Malaysian law does not permit us to exclude.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be handled consistently with applicable law and the service-specific terms accepted at purchase.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without limiting any statutory consumer right to use an applicable tribunal or other dispute-resolution process.
